Learn tools to release stress and anxiety and keep calm in your busy life as a mum. Quick easy techniques and practical methods to help you feel re-energised, re-inspired, and for a reset.

This class is all about how to feel like you can cope a little easier with your ever changing and evolving journey.

The Calm Mama class is a 3 hour class, (divided into 2 sessions each of 90 mins) for mamas-to-be and mamas of young children. 

This fun, practical class teaches you:
– easy and fast self-hypnosis / relaxation techniques
– how to make the most of limited sleep,
– keep calm and balanced on challenging days,
– find focus and mindfulness

 We weave inspiration and information with practical tools that you can use easily in your busy life with little ones.

** Please note it is not necessary to have any experience with self-hypnosis, relaxation or meditation in order to join and benefit from the Calm Mama class. All you need is the desire to be relaxed.

There are two different classes designed for all types of mothers – a class for mothers expecting their first baby and a class more relevant for mothers who already have a baby, toddler or preschooler.

How is self-hypnosis beneficial for new mothers?

I honestly don’t know how to thank you enough for putting on this course. I cant put into words how much you have done for my family and I.

Its been 3 weeks since I did the course and every day I have laughed more, smiled more and I have honestly enjoyed every moment of being a mum. Having had pretty severe post natal depression and anxiety for the last 2 years, Calm Mama could not have come at a more perfect time (ok so maybe 2 years ago would have been better), but I was ready to make change.

I have felt love for my wee man and a need to have him in my life, calm, and fulfillment for the last 21 days. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to use your tools for my needs at the time. Who is Calm Mama for?

Mamas-to-beLearn how to better cope with your ever changing and evolving journey. Designed for mamas pregnant with their first baby this is a safe space to join like minded mamas to feel more confident in beginning your journey.

Mamas with toddlers and preschoolers: This version of Calm Mama is designed to help mothers find balance and energy throughout the early years of motherhood and possibly preparing to extend the family. We provide practical tools (along with inspiration) that you can use when your buttons are being pushed, you’ve got no time for yourself and you’re being pulled in many directions. Many mums say it’s like this class allows them to hit the “reset” button.

is $89 which includes $40 worth of relaxation/hypnosis tracks to keep, along with handouts and scripts. 


Classes run on Zoom, weeknights 730pm – 9pm
