The Positive Postpartum Circle

This is a weekly live, online group to connect with like-minded mums in order to share and support.

Each week we discuss a different topic such as : acceptance, gratitude, dealing with difficult emotions, anxiety, confidence etc etc.

Every session includes a mindfulness and relaxation exercise that is recorded for you to keep and use again and again.

We expect that you’ll likely have baby with you during this session so all exercises and discussion is kept with that in mind! Yes, come along no matter what chaos is happening around and within you. The purpose of this session is to help you understand that a sense of calm and presence can be found no matter what is happening. 

Using mindfulness and relaxation techniques on our parenting journey can definitely improve our mood and our ability to flow with all of life’s challenges.

Purchase 8 sessions at only $64 which can be used at any time in a 3 month period. It doesn’t matter if you miss some weeks – you do not have to do sessions in order or consecutively.
